Vincent Nassar
Co-Founder
Vincent is a strategic thinker with deep experience in change leadership, education, and organizational transformation. Holding a PhD from the Chair of Corporate Strategy & Innovation at EPFL, where he focused on work motivation and organizational creativity, he brings a systems view and human-centered approach to leadership challenges.
Marc Ependa
Co-Founder
Marc is a connector, researcher, and innovation catalyst specializing in human development and digital ecosystems. He integrates AI ethically into workflows, guiding leaders and teams toward enhanced collaboration, augmented capabilities, and future-proof skills, anchoring innovation in human needs and strategic clarity.
